Powell Valley is proud to maintain a 100% wood waste-free facility, meaning that every fiber of our wood is put to use. What we don’t use for our high-quality finished products will be used as boiler fuel, shavings for animal bedding and more. Nothing is wasted, ever.

Being mindful about the responsible management of our forests is not just an environmental concern - it’s a wise business choice. We’re committed to producing absolutely no waste throughout our manufacturing process, using every byproduct for various purposes beyond our products. Not only that, for every tree we source for our lumber, 2.5 trees grow in its place, so our unique process makes Poplar about as renewable of a resource as you can get.
